Ahmed R. Ali's educational background reflects a diverse and progressive academic journey. He began with Mechanical Engineering at Howard University from 1992 to 1994, then transitioned into technology, earning a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2002. Continuing along that path, he achieved an M.S. in Information Assurance from Capitol Technology University in 2004. Further broadening his expertise into business and leadership, he studied International Business at Georgetown University in 2006 and completed a program in Innovations in Governance at the Harvard Kennedy School in 2007. This varied academic background has equipped him with a unique blend of engineering, technology, and leadership skills.
Prof. Dr. Adil Khan is the founder of the Zahra Khan Foundation: A Global Educational Ecosystem. He holds two doctoral degrees from the University of North Texas, a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus on Digital Leadership & Innovation, and a Ph.D. in Learning Technologies with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence in Education from the College of Information.In 2023, Prof. Dr. Adil Khan introduced the Digital Leadership Theory, marking a significant contribution to the field of educational leadership. He is currently developing an Intelligent Tutoring System with Emotional Intelligence, and has two books underway: The Digital Superintendence: The Attributes of Educational Leadership in the Digital Era, and From Bureaucracy to Algorithmic Governance: An Organizational Development Framework for Transforming the OIC into a Digital Islamic Union.
